Paul Edward Costa

Paul Edward Costa is a writer, spoken word artist, teacher, and the 2019-2021 Poet Laureate for the City of Mississauga. He has been featured at many poetry reading series in the Greater Toronto Area and has published over 60 poems and stories in literary journals such as Unlikely Stories Mark V, Pif Magazine, Auroras and Blossoms Poetry Journal, and Aphelion: The Webzine of Science Fiction and Fantasy. His first full length book of poetry “The Long Train of Chaos” was published by Kung Fu Treachery Press. He also curates/hosts the YTGA Open Mic Series, Outer Haven Poetry Series, and has won the 2019 Mississauga Arts Council’s MARTY Award for Emerging Literary Arts. Paul regularly gives talks on spoken word and submitting writing at Mississauga Writers’ Group meetings.
